We will be with you every step of the way to the moment; from initial concept and design, until the moment you say “I do”, and all the moments in between. Bella Valle will work to identify your style, likes and dislikes, create your beautiful wedding, and work within your budget. This is the all inclusive best package for you, if you want to have no worries on this momentous day.

    You are the couple who knew what you wanted from the moment you got engaged. You jumped in head first and selected a venue, locked in your favorite vendors, and picked a wedding theme. Though you have been on the ball thus far, you are wanting someone to come in and ensure everything is in its place and ready for your dream wedding. That’s where we come in. We will collaborate with you to find out where you are in the planning process, recommend and help select vendors still needed, and tie up any loose ends so you are able to enjoy your last few months into wedding bliss stress-free! We will start with you 4 months prior to make sure everything is in place!

     A coordinator is there on the day of your wedding to do coordination and orchestrate your big day. We will take care of project management the “day of”. Your coordinator is there to make sure all moving pieces are in place, all rules are followed, and ensure that everything is running smooth. In a nutshell, we run around behind the scenes to ensure the wedding is fun and organized for you and your guests.

     At Bella Valle we like to meet our couples, get to know them, and finalize all details so that the big day is a smooth and steady ride. We help create the layout, timeline, update all details with vendors, do last minute damage control, and become the person of contact for anything that pops up. This allows our couples to go into their wedding day stress free and excited about marrying their love! Services begin 1 Month prior to your wedding day!
